Would you like to bring your kid hunting? Two spots open…. Hunt out of Addicted River Guiding’s New Custom built 20′ float blind. I will bring everything but gun shells waders etc… Give the kids a real deal hunt! Last year the boys all had black and blue shoulders, a pile of empties, some birds and HUGE SMILES! This hunt is offered personally by me for free… 1 kid per adult, I mean the parent must be with is all. Please do not be bashful. If you would like to introduce a kid to waterfowl hunting I will help and bring gear for him or her. Waders / 20 gauge / shells etc.

That is a great opportunity! I hope some one takes you up on your offer so a youngster can enjoy the world of waterfowling!

Hope so also. My Dad and I have had several long talks after I asked why aren’t the kids hunting and fishing? We came to the conclusion video games, maybe just plain never having been introduced, parents not willing to take em, kid laziness, and the worst evil of it all drugs and alcohol. Hunting and Fishing saves kids, too bad the traditions are fading… Heck, school was closed during our WI gun deer season in rural towns as most kids were hunting!! Not the case anymore. I wish all kids would stay away from the evil things but not all of them do, some havent been given alternatives. Maybe instead of those kids having the drive for drugs or alcohol they may have the drive we all share as water fowlers to hunt and enjoy God,s gifts! I’ve watched several friends choose evil things over hunting and fishing. Saw several lose there life, including my 26 yr old brother. Yeah football and wrestling along with other school activities are great but shooting mallards in the face and dreaming about it the rest of the time is life long!!!!!! I mean, what a great alternative over Wrong people and wrong turns which may end poorly, possibly even end up paying the ultimate price.
