To freeze jerky or not?

Just curious if freezing jerky after I make it is a good idea? I am grinding up snows today and am thinking of making a lot of jerky with it. I have been eatting goose sausage almost daily since October and want to try mainly jerky this time around. Also it would be a lot less time spent making it.. Thanks!

I always freeze my venison jerky into portions. Not sure why waterfowl would be any different. Do you have an oiler growing anywhere?

Tell me about it.. I keep my wife warm at night thats for sure Thanks for the advice. I also found a post from 2008 about freezing, I do need to get a food saver soon!
