NoDak update

Well here is your report from a local NoDak duck hunter. A lot of the local ducks have left the area, and the northern ducks have not come down yet. We had pretty good luck last weekend on saturday. we shot 34 ducks on saturday. 28 green heads , 2 hen mallards, 1 drake pintail, 2 gaddies, 1 widgeon, and a couple honkers. most of the ducks that we shot were northern birds and were mostly colored out. Hopefully your guys duck season is going good.

nice work! i am going to stir the pot with this one, but how do you know they are norther birds?

we are assuming that they are northern birds. Most of the locals moved out a couple of weeks ago when the weather got real nasty. When we went scouting those were the only birds we found in 4 hours of scouting… There are some birds around but they were in big flocks all going to the same area.
