Saturday Morning about 6:50 am….they started flying out. 7:15 we had 5 on the ground. Another loner came out at 7:45 or so, he had a little trouble flying We packed it up by 8:30 and went in for breakfast. All in all it was fun, still seems way to warm to be hunting, but I will take it.

HUNTED SOME WATER ON SAT, KNOCKED DOWN 2 OUT OF THE ONLY FLOCK WE SEEN… SUN HUNTED A PLOWED BEEN FIELD DECOYED A NICE STRING, WHACKED 2 OUT OF IT, THEN HIT A HAY FIELD ON MON. AND BAGGED 8. SEEMS TO BE TO WARM TO KEEP EM MOVING, MUST BE STAYING ON THE WATER… GREAT TO SEE EM FALL FROM THE SKY AGAIN….

Agreed on the field hunting Slop. It seems all the birds down here fly over to Iowa. Im sure there are a few that come to WI but being in high school and playing football for Lancaster doesn’t allow for the time I would like to put in. ..but I got years after high school to do it
