Goose huntin

    Hey, whats the Deal with the early goose season this year in mn? I have not been seeing much flying or we have only got a couple of Birds? is it just to hot or are they not in the hay feild s?

    The reports I got from around the state lead me to beleive that its a little hot and the full moon has some of the birds moving after dark. Groups that shot limits on opener barly shot any birds the secoond day and guys who did poor on Sat scored their birds on Sunday. We hunted near Maple lake and only seen 2 dozen birds 4 came into decoy range and worked in to their deaths I have heard that the wheat is where the limits are coming from

    Hey Thaks alot. LIFE Yeah i need some more spots that for sure onl have to hay feilds now. i Just got told to that cut sweet corn feilds was really hot but i really cant seen to find them around my area in Hastings,mn so yeah I will Just keep Trying something will come together.
