    As for the perch. I’m no perch expert but I’ve had some success and seen a lot of success using swedish pimples or similar jigging spoons to call the fish in. A waxie or a minnowhead will do on the treble hook. Then set a tip up or 2 in your area with a crappie minnow hovering about 8-10″ off the bottom. If you don’t have tip ups, a dead stick rod with a minnow will do. They’ll nail the jigging spoon a lot, but the deadstick sometimes produces a limit! Also a small dropper rig from a jigging spoon with a waxie or minnow on that can work too.

    Looking to go sea duck hunting. Could anyone recomend any good guides? or any to stay away from? Looking on the west coast?

    I believe I seen a show, maybe 5-6 years ago on this… I do believe they were out west, in fact I believe you could see the Golden Gate in the background They paddled out in a canoe and shot the stuffin’ out of them sea birds
