Early goose hunt 9/7/08

    Well we did very well Sunday, probably my best hunt ever. Geese were cupping in groups of 10-20. We ended up with 23 geese with 6 guys. Should have had the limit of 30 but you know how that goes. We had a flock of about a 100 cup in on top of us, and some how we only got one? Barrels have to be bent right? But all in all it was a awsome hunt that me and my buddies will never forget.

    Congrats. That looks like a happy hunting party.

    My son and I didn’t fair too well. The fields we wanted to hunt were already claimed but we had a good time together as always.

    It was a relief to see so many young birds in the air as well.
