I’d really like to go this year.
September 8, 2008 at 5:46 pm #37708There will be no good time for everyone.
Any suggestions on a date? Lip, you in?

September 9, 2008 at 12:09 pm #37727Tim is a guide along with Trevor and his Dad. They are Top Gun Outfitters. Great guy’s to hunt with. The last 2 years we’ve been south and a little west of Roch.
September 9, 2008 at 8:00 pm #37784The IDO hunt is a great time. I can’t say yes or no at this point as the little one is due to arrive on Nov. 20th. I’d ask the wife about hosting the Bash again this year, but I think she is at her “Mood Swing” stage of the pregnancy and I am scared most of the time so I better just bow out of that for this season.
If you are on the fence, I highly recommend signing up!

Now you know how my loving wife, “Big Mama Boss Lady”, began being referenced as my “wounded grizzly”
Don’t talk to her, look at her or touch her and things will settle down, in a couple years
Good luck
cheersSeptember 11, 2008 at 10:51 pm #37936maybe, since i cant find enough people to go to nd with us this year, when do you need to know by
September 12, 2008 at 1:25 pm #37963I will set the date in a week for sure. Still leaning towards the 15th. That will be in between deer seasons down here.
September 23, 2008 at 1:50 pm #38698Ok everyone. The date is set for Saturday November 15th. Come and have a blast!!
October 1, 2008 at 1:30 am #39142Tim,
I am in and have a buddy that wants to go as well. Can you list some reccomended hotel’s for Friday night, but then again might just leave early early Sat am to get down thereOctober 1, 2008 at 2:00 pm #39167Extended Stay Hotel on south end of town. About $65/night Just off Hwy 63/52 junction. Close to Whistle Binkies for food and drink and not far from the goose fields if they hunt the south ones.

Erick – If you get on stage and sing “I Touch Myself”, I would potentially be willing to miss the delivery of my first born child in order to witness it.

I’m in the same boat I’d love to come up, but we are due the same day.
October 6, 2008 at 4:03 pm #39532I would love to join you guys but am hesitant to commit when it’s primetime deer hunting. Why can’t November be 60 days long!
Good luck and I hope you guys have a great hunt!

Brad…..1 day away from the stand won’t kill you! This way your wife can come too. Ask Broncosguy how his wife liked it last year!
October 6, 2008 at 6:17 pm #39541I see you are lippy when she is not chasing you down chappy. .
she had a blast as her first hunt and really wanted to go this year but we already have plans that weekend.

Ok Chappy – you make a good point. Let me check and see if that day will work.
BTW – I’m not married (yet)! If I can’t go – maybe you could take her? Man, I’ve be better off feeding her to the wolves!
