The morning was a great one with a lot of bird being seen. A nice limit by 9:00. We even had an 12 year old get his first goose ever shooting a 20 gauge! 
The birds were working great and pulling 2-4 birds off of flocks and working them right in!
Things will only get better with the colder and now dryer weather here for atleast a week.

Went by myself yesterday north. They weren’t decoying all that well but I bet I saw 4 to 5 thousand geese yesterday. flocks of 200 or 300 hundred everywhere. Finally after i picked up my decoys and was ready to get the truck i heard some coming so i went and hid behind a tree next to the field and they flew right over my head. Thanks for playing 2 shots two big honkers, 
guess you don’t need decoys. glad i spent all that money on decoys this year.Seen a few northerns and a few lessers. Can’t wait for all the northerns. Do you hunt with big mike and trevor? good luck this year see ya around.
