Nice cover up on the spoonie / hen mallard mix up, but then again that is the problem here no one thinks before they post(like you stated in your post), they just go ahead and type there thoughts (or maybe they can not tell the difference)! buck i aint even going to stoop down to your level to argue with you this year anymore after this. your moron with a mouth just looking to cause trouble. my mis id of that sponie was trying to help stand up for honda ne ways,(4 of them meaning 4 people) unlike all of the mis iding of all my birds which were for the purpose to accuse me that i did someting wrong. no they werent accusations, but they were the same thing. asking a question aqbout someting almost the same thing as accusing someone of someting. ie, did you drink my pop??? sounds like someone accusing you of drinking your pop dont it??? fact of the matter is i didnt like it last year when people did it to me. so i said someting when someone else said whats with all the suzies. who cares. its whoever the hunters business what they shoot. if it is your decision to only shoot green heads than have at it. we will shoot more ducks that you will thats it. it just makes me when someone has to say somethen about that kinda crap. havent you ever watched bambi? im sure you have you act like your about that old. if you dont have nothing nice to say SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!

Come on now Kris…If you are having some problems with family, friends, work, ect…let us here at IDA know and we can get you a good shrink or some help. I know where the last forum went and it got plenty of laughs from everyone…..everyone that is but the SITE WATCHERS. So, say no more!

Heck.. I wish I could post some positive pictures from duck hunting today! I got my limit of feathers with the 2 shot on mallards this morning, outright missed the big drake woody locked up 20 feet from the back of the boat… changed over to goose loads(BB & BBB) and connected on my last 2 shot opportunities(separate) to have one big drake mallard drop where jesus couldnt find it, and another go half way across the lake and drop.. got there(rowing) to retrieve the bird and it flew away at water level and landed in the thickest crap it could find..

It might have been that flock of 14 mallards in rock throwing range tht discouraged me when nothing dropped.

No, these were not skybusting shots either, these were over the decoys.

So am I a questionable hunter too for losing 2 birds?

Dave, I am not going to answer your question you just posted, but the only thing I can recommend is keep at it and don’t give up.

I did find out that shooting trap helps a lot as well. Just my 2 cents.
