    Holy Hannah! Our little potholes were almost froze till this heat wave up through……

    Glad to see I am not the only guy that has shot a couple Spoonies this year……….

    Nice drake green wings man those are pretty! I have only shot a few of those and they are all on the wall…..

    So how far are you from the Twin Cities ??????

    Might have to drive down with a case and gun

    ok for you that cannot identify ducks here is what is in the pic, 8 mallards(TWO ARE HENS) 2 gadwall, 2 shovlers, 2 teal, and a goose. There is NOT 4 hen mallards, and if there was big deal. If the drakes don’t play the hens pay, and i am legally able to shoot two a day so what is the big deal????? How come people shoot all the hen teal, hen geese, hen gadwalls, hen anything else????? Let me guess you can’t identify between male and female????? Then if you are that picky guess you shouldn’t shoot. Sorry just need to release some air when people critize me about my bag.

    here is todays bag from the same place and same set up. Only two of us today and we saw a 1/4 of the birds. everything that worked died.

    for the record these are two canada geese, and a HEN shovler.

    at quick glance i thought the spoonie inbetween the suzie and the gad was a mallard. i had the same things happen to me last year EVERYTIME i posted a picture. i either was accused of poaching something or having two many ducks per hunter or too many suzies or people asking what do you do with all of those ducks you shoot, you have to be over your possession limit and whatnot. EXACTLY why i hardly post any pictures this year. i was trying to be on your side when i stated those two were gads. we had a picture of 8 woodies last year. 3 of us were in the picture. i got accused of having too many woodies cuz you can only have 2 and duh 2×3 is 6. i said DUH! do you think the picture took itself??? some people just dont think before they say something

    That is why we don’t make any comments about the bags posted. No one knows the whole story unless you were in the field. Not to mention pictures are not always in focus

    I hate that crap. Just show your pics if you feel like it. How does anyone know how many hunters there were? Maybe one guy is taking the picture, one guy is taking a leak, another guy has a big zit and doesn’t want to be in the picture. No one with half a brain would post pics of illegal bags, so why rip into people about taking illegal birds?

    Changed your name huh Fishermanpepin? Just curious why you brought up the past?….you have a lot of unanswered / hurt feelings inside or something? Want someone to feel sorry for you? What??? Just what…. are you trying to get out of this? If you can not take the heat then do not post the pics………People are going to speak there mind and you think picture posters would figure that out, but then again I guess not.

    No, I think the camera took the picture and yes cameras are vary capable of taking a picture by themselves……….they call it a “TIMER & TRIPOD”….

    P.S. Nice cover up on the spoonie / hen mallard mix up, but then again that is the problem here no one thinks before they post(like you stated in your post), they just go ahead and type there thoughts (or maybe they can not tell the difference)! I just hope you included yourself in the thinking before you say something statement you made.
