First Cacklers

    Shot my first 2 Cacklers this Sun. I turned 54 today so I don’t get a lot of firsts anymore.These were out of a flock of 6. I never saw them until they were cupped and commited. I don’t know why they call them Cacklers these didn’t make a peep. Anyway neet little birds I’m going to get one mounted

    Very Cool!!

    Geese have really been moving (including the little cacklers)……I’ve been hearing them at all times of the day and night (full moon ya know ).
