I got my first Wooduck on Thursday at the same farm I got my first goose the other night. had 8 or so drakes and a couple hens swimming towards me in this flooded ditch. I raised my gun, they spooked and started flying right at me. Only got one but it was the mature drake of the group. This guy is already at the Taxidermist. Yehaahahahaha !!!! I am addicted. Gonna be hard to wait till the 14th to go back.

    Guess I’ll go Bowhunting. (sigh)

Great looking Drake you have there. You are on a roll hunting that field! Keep it up.

You remind me how much fun duck hunting was when I used to chase ducks.

    Thanks!
