    My Unlce’s group got thier limits respectively this morning around the Hugo area.

    I WAS ON THE MISSISSIPPI NEAR ST CLOUD FISHING AND HEARD A TON OF SHOOTING AROUND THE AREA…CO WORKER FILLED OUT WITH 6 GUYS NEAR BECKER..

    It wasn’t the wack’em and stack’em first weekend I thought it would be, but there is some meat in the freezer anyway. I set-up on water on Saturday and today. I was pleasantly surprised by the numbers of ducks. I saw a lot of woodies and mallards this weekend. Seems like it will be promising.

    The highlight of the weekend was seeing a first time waterfowler take down his first goose. It was fun to see the reaction and the waterfowl addiction start to take it’s course.
