    Hey guys had another question tonight as well kinda got the major itch tonight..but anyways can anyone please refresh my memory what the rules are in Minnesota on spinners again I remeber it was a confusing topic last year if I remeber right…thanks

    I would double check, but I believe the rule is that if a body of water is completely surrounded by a management area, you can not use motorized decoys. You are able to use the wind generated spinners. Do not take my word as the gospel because I am only going off memory.

    Last year you were unable to use them early in the season as well. I believe it was for the first two weeks.

    anyone know if we can use the spinners that are run off of wind of string then by chance or are they after two weeks as well?……

    Also, they cannot have a remote control for them.
