Ok I know all you so called guides have killed alot of geese this year but can any of you beat a 13 lb 2 oz. I killed it this morning west of Rochester.I have 2 witnesses that can verify the weight.I wish I had a digital camera to post a picture of this flying pig

Damn few flew west of town atleast not before 12:00 noon and we picked up at noon. Most of the shooting I heard was North of Roch. and the shooting didnt start until about 10:00 am.

That is a pig, congrats!! My personal best is in that 13.5 range. It was a greater I got out around Watertown,SD. Are you shooting mostly Greaters around Rochester??

Sorry I dont get to hunt the “refuge” of Rochester. We actually have to work at killing geese. I know it is hard to find a field that hundreds of geese are feeding in and then drive out put out a few dekes and sit in a blind and wait for them to show up!
