Was T zone doe hunting today in Vernon county and on my way home I was looking out across the river just above L/D #8 (Genoa) out in the big pool there were THOUSANDS of Canvas Backs. Looked like three HUGE rafts of them. I hve never seen so many here so early. Makes a guy wonder whats in store for the next few weeks.
