limit again today but a strange duck

    hey today i hunted the lakeshore again by my self. ended up getting 6 ducks, 4 mallards and 2 common mergansers. ( the mergansers accident fell out of my game carrier and i guess they are now coon food) ne ways. i happen to notice that this one in particular was missing the cinnamin patch on his breast, very strange. also had a very young drake come in too. i got them sitting on a very old very neat looking wood duck house that i plan on fixing back up or mounting a few woodies on it. any ways here are some pictures

    as long as i am showing you a wierd duck, take a look at this wierd looking crow i shot last fall where there werent many ducks around. its not albino its just a grey screwball of some sort.

    I believe that serious crow hunters would call that a piebald (sp?) phase of a crow? Considered a really special deal . Check out http://www.crowbusters.com for more info

    HA! i thought that was jake hunting in the park in winona??? no maybe this one mixed with a wild one but i can guarentee it was taken hunting the lakeshore on lake pepin.

    most of the time when i see ducks like that on tv they are cross bread with somethen like a pintail or a gad
