Help camouflag boat

    Anyone have some pictures of a nice looking Camo design on there duckboat they can post on this site? I finally got my boat painted,and so far it is a solid Dead marsh grass color and I’m looking for pictures for some finshing touches.

    I had always believed when I was going to camo a boat for Duck hunting, I would take some digital pics of some of the areas I would be hunting and try to mimic that on my boat. I would especially focus on the areas where the grass/reeds/wood met the water. I do believe however that some guys make the mistake of not camoflaging the inside of the boat. Ducks almost always have the upper hand by being able to look down and across. A shiny seat on a boat will flare any duck instantly.

    I started out with painting the boat with dead marsh color. Then I took flat brown, green,more dead marsh and gray in spray cans and put verticle lines on the inside and outside. They don’t need to be cosistant or parallel with each other. Try to imagine what the cattails and reeds look like. Some are straight up, some a little leaning one way, some cross each other.
