Waterfowl Hunting survey

The DNR is seeking public input on a number of potential changes including an early teal season, motorized decoys, temporary closures, etc.

I didn’t hunt waterfowl for the first in 18 years last fall. Mostly because duck hunting has been so poor in recent years I didn’t find it to be worth the effort of scouting and buying duck stamps. I am against the temporary closures during the season. Just open the season and keep it open until the season closes. The first Saturday in October as a statewide opener is perfectly fine. The rest of the topics I’m kind of not opinionated on.

Thanks for the link. I agree the zones are stupid. Also we could use the goose bag limit higher my opinion.

I agree 100%
