Only insulated neoprene stays waterproof after multiple uses. Everything else, slowly starts to soak up water. Neoprene however doesn’t keep my hands warm so I switch up to something else.

I have a pair of Artic Armor gloves that stays waterproof, but then again they do not breath so my hands end up clammy cold afterwards.

You can don a pair of nitrile gloves underneath your outer gloves. They won’t waterproof your outers, but do help keep your hands dry. I usually pack at least 3 pairs of outer gloves and the nitriles don’t take up much room.

Striker second skin under a pair of half finger fleece (simms)has been a game changer for me.Not cheep but worth it for sure.

I fish in mittens, leather outers with wool liners. They do get wet, but the wool liners still keep your hands warm when they are wet. No matter what kind of glove I choose my hands and fingers are cold….wet or dry…

Try a pair of mittens with wool liners, you will never go back…
