I’m looking for someone to repair a roof leak at my house. It’s leaking through the sheet rock in our attached garage. Will need to possibly fix siding, roof, Sheetrock and treat mold in some roof trusses.

Climbed into attic and it looks like it’s been doing it for quite sometime but has never made it into the garage.

Located in North Branch and need some recommendations from the great minds of IDO.

    Thanks

How long has it been leaking?

Not sure, just found it when we had that rain last week. Never made it into the garage before. Adjuster said that there is mold on sheeting.

If you can’t find anyone here, I would ask the adjuster for a list of preferred vendors.

Donnelly Stucco can do the siding, roof, and remove the ice dam now if needed. I am in commercial drywall. I can put you in touch with one of our guys that can take care of your drywall as well on the side.

    Thanks Mojo!

I think I got it covered, but I’ll keep your response in mind.

Roofs are made to shed water, if it is leaking in winter I would be willing to bet you have an ice dam that is causing water to back up and pool.

Thats not to say you dont have a roofing or siding issue too but something made the leak get bad enough to notice when it was winter.

I have a very good friend that owns this company. Did my roof this past summer.
