Warrior pro steering question

Just purchased a 2007 2090bt and trying to figure everything out my first warrior tiller and the pro steering system is awesome but it only works when it wants but I hear the relays clicking when I try it and it don’t work but sometimes it works just trying to figure this thing out so I can get it on the water
