Warning Buzzer – what is this part?

It was buzzing intermittently and then starting buzzing continuously whenever the ignition is on. I think it’s for the talon but I googled the part numbers and can’t find them.

2006 Lund with 90 hp Johnson 4 stroke, just had maintenance and there were no warning codes from the motor.

The buzz comes right from this l. If a cover the hole, the buzz goes down.

Disconnect the battery to the main motor or the Talon, which ever is easier. That should tell you which piece of equipment is causing the alarm. Have you tried running the Talon up and down? Maybe it’s a sensor and the Talon isn’t properly seated? I dunno, just tossing mud against the wall. neutral

Part #176360 is a warning horn for johnson motors 1996 and later.

Something is tripping it. What kind of maintenance did you have?

Might have knocked a sensor wire loose during maintenance.

Thanks guys….I couldn’t find that part number for some reason.

Just had it winterized and had them run the motor codes so I could check the hours on it. It has gauges for oil and temp so probably something knocked loose. I’ll look for loose sensors otherwise swing it by the dealer.
