Over Flowing

    The Wapsie by Tripoli is over flowing its banks and still rising. This morning we went out to the farm and the water was level with the road and by noon it was on the road. Carp are starting to show up in the ditches. Tomorrow there will be people out spearing and bowfishing for them.

    It’s still too high and muddy to fish in Anamosa although people are doing it. 4 days of rain predicted. Might be a while.

    eyes and smallies are biting, i caught around 20 smallmouth tuesday night
