    My dad caught his biggest walleye ever yesterday. we fished the wapsi near ???? and caught only about 10 eyes. however, my biggest was 26″ and he caught this monster fatty 31 incher!!! Congratulations Dad!

    Sounds like a great outing getting a 26 and 31 on the wapsi. You don’t hear that happening too often. Way to go!

    Nice fish. Caught a 28.5″ and a 31.25″ fish not too far from where the picture was taken (2001/2003). I knew I should have went fishing Friday instead of working!

    Congrats!! That is one heck of a walleye! Was the fish caught on plastics or livebait? It is somewhat amazing to me also that the Wapsi can produce such a beast. I need to do some more exploring on the Wapsi in my area. Also, congrats on the release! Great fish to have a replica made!
