Fished the Wapsi last night just south of Central City. Water is still about a foot high, but the fish don’t seem to mind. I picked up a couple of channels on chicken livers. Didn’t stay long, as the bugs were eating me something fierce. Sprayed down every exposed part, so they started biting through my shirt.
