Have you talked to the guys at four seasons in red wing? I’ve bought stuff from them before and they were very nice to deal with. If they don’t do it they will most likely know someone that will

Big River Outdoors in Wabasha. I cannot speak to the specific act of refinishing, but the owner literally builds some of the most beautiful rifles and muzzleloaders I’ve ever seen.

I know it’s not super close to Redwing, but live in Isanti mn and have had great luck with Alhmans west of Faribault.

They’ve worked on an o/u that’s pretty important to me and they made it into an English stock and recheckered it and refinished all the wood and it turned out great. Just had another issue with it where the one firing pin broke and they had to machine a new one and it was done fairly quickly imo for how busy they are and was under a $100.
