25 degrees in February feels warm compared to last week. Already starting to think it’s only a few months away from walleyes on the St. Croix this spring. Can’t way for May! Normally my dad and I only fish walleyes in May on the St. Croix, then target primarily pike/muskies/bass the rest of the year, plus panfish. This year, we booked a fly-in walleye trip to Aikens Lake in Manitoba for July. I’m excited. I took my dad there a few years ago and it was amazing.
