Any news if we are stilling having the tournament? Need to know if I need to pull the “stunt boat” out of storage-one that bounces off of logs, deadheads, submerged cans and can run really shallow into the backwaters since this is where the fish most likely will be–gonna pull out the pushpole as well.
All kidding aside, any news on the event and potential rescheduling?

I, like others, am hoping the water goes down at an astronomical rate, but how do you hold a tournament if the boat landings are blocked off?

It wont be long until the Hok Si La parking lot is under water. It is close today.

I don’t think we can launch boats in the colvil parking lot and drive them to the ramps.I went by there yesterday and the water was up to the parking area. Maybe the water will drop fast and we can still have the event but as of right now it doesn’t look good.

We are looking at options and if you want to PM me with your preference we really have
3 options; postpone it, cancel it, or move it another location? Will review options and update soon.

    Hi Guys,

We will be having the Championship unless we cannot have the tournament. I have heard from many of you the conditions… Not sure what to say right now. We will try and post any news or decisions regarding the championship when we make a decision. So far none has been made.

Any options are worth considering. Pray it goes down is the best. If not we hope to make the best possible decision for everyone fishing.

Lets see what happens here and we will monitor it. That is all we can do for now.

    Good Fishing,
