FLW Walleye League

I don’t want to start any rumors here but I was talking to a friend of mine from Iowa today and he told me his uncle was told at Al’s in Rochester that they are bringing the League back next year. They said for only Minn & Wisc. That would be awsome. They mentioned that they wanted to keep there dates close to the Tour dates to cut down on travel for the weigh in crews. Just info through the grapevine but it would be great if they brought it back!!!!! Glenn

If true it might have something to do with walmart being back as a sponsor.

The 2011 FLW Walleye Tour schedule was announced at the Tour championship meeting last week. There was no mention of any League events. Just have to wait and listen…

The 2011 schedule doesn’t say anything about an East and West schedule like this year. I wouldn’t be suprised to see the League come back.

I think if the FLW would bring back the league, we would see some pretty good participation numbers. I know alot of guys missed having that circuit around last year.

I hope the rumor is true. More details should come soon.
