Official 18th Annual Frontenac Sportsman’s Results

    Well, mother nature dished out a challenging day for the 43 teams that took off from Lake City on August 14th. The river / lake level continued to rise during the day. Out of 43 teams, a total of 23 walleyes and 1 sauger were caught. Hats off to the teams that did catch some fish!! Results are below:

    1st – Read & Read (3 fish) – 11.05lb2
    2nd – Harcey & Becker (3 fish) – 8.85lbs
    3rd – Kirkland & Dokken (3 fish) – 7.55lbs
    4th – Hoyt & Brantner (1 fish) – 6.50lbs
    5th – Newcomb & Hanson (1 fish) – 6.40lbs
    6th – Krukow & Leitz (1 fish) – 6.20lbs
    7th – Holm & Zimmerman (1 fish) – 6.05lbs

    1st Place, Big Walleye – Read & Read – 6.96lbs
    2nd Place, Big Walleye – Brantner & Hoyt – 6.50lbs

    Thanks to all the teams that entered and we look forward to our 19th Annual tournament a year from now.

    I think you missed a team. We had one fish for 6.3 pounds and 6th place.

    You are right. I got the results off our website and there was an error there.
