Eighty kids along with their adult “guides” brought in 95 qualifying fish, the largest 27 inches long. The top basket was 11.71 pounds. 33 teams brought in qualifying fish to the weigh in at Zorbaz. Because of our sponsors’ generosity, each kid was a winner receiving a trophy, life jacket, fishing rod and tackle as well as other prizes.
Brain and John Olmstead Moorhead and Otter Tail Lake were the first place winners taking home a 12’ Lund fishing boat, a 4 h.p. Mercury motor and a Shoreland’r trailer.
