    Who’s all going ot fish this event? The bite is gi\oing to be a tough onr.

    have you guys tried the area by the swimming beach good drop offs and inside turns goes from about 8-40ft rather quickly. silver #3 spinner and gold shiner or red tail this is prime this time of year also done well with leeches and crawlers there. I have fishe dlake and area almost 30 years on and off we have acabin in the park rapids area and when those lakes get slow we fish bemidgi.

    If you aren’t fishing shorline weeds with bullet weights, short snells and leeches, give it a try. I fished a tourney up there 4 or 5 years ago and prefished with Redtails almost the entire time and one evening decided to give leeches a shot. It worked great so we started the tourney there and got 5 keepers right away. Then went off shore to upgrade. Placed 3rd.
