I heard a rumor that half of Team Redneck is making a showing—-the slow half
Since the boy is off in Basic I have recruited Jesse (Dont’ call me Boy)Krook to fill in. Sounds like there are going to be some strong river guys in it this year. That’s just want I want to hear

Good luck to all!! It’s a tough time of year against those locals who clean up on these “smaller” tournies every spring. One fish could mean a lot of money this weekend!!

My prediction is 30 pounds of fish, some 10 pounders are going to be caught this weekend, maybe even a 13 pounder.

I agree with both you guys. One team might just hit the mother load of pigs, but then again with the bite lately. It could be one 6lb fish with a few eaters that wins also. I’m looking forward to seeing the tourney season kick off down there.

I’ll be fishing it….not really a river guy, so I’m sure it will be a struggle. Last year during the tourney was one of the most miserable days weather wise that I’ve spent in a boat, but I still had a blast!

Yeap, and it was almost a month later last year. I was fishing the first day of the LPO and it was a challenge

This has definetly been an interesting past 2 weeks, but I have a feeling there will be some big bags of 20+lbs brought to the scales. It seems theres always a few guys who get a good bite going regardless of conditions. Good luck to everyone, and we’ll see ya on the water.

You can still get in the tournament this Saturday, April 4th. . Weather is getting nicer and warmer. You can pay at the meeting if you would like. Email [email protected] or call Mark 763-486-7508. Look foward to seeing ido guys there. Good website.

    Ha! Funny!
We couldn’t put it together, and today (Sunday) we got nine that would have weighed well.
    Typical.
