    2) Fishing waters are permitted from Lock & Dam 3 to Lock & Dam 4; Track to Track.

    3) All Contestants MUST be at the weigh-in site by 3:30. ABSOLUTELY no later.
Weigh-in site is Izaak Walton Club and will open at 2:00.

    4) PLEASE RESPECT THE NO-WAKE ZONES!!! WE GET A LOT OF PRESSURE OVER THIS ISSUE

    5) Each boats limit of fish is 5 Fish; Walleyes or Sauger; 15” Minimum. Otherwise ALL MN Fishing/Boating regulations apply.

    6) Please be SAFE & RESPECTFUL of all boaters & fisherman.

    7) You may have more than two paid entrants in one boat; however, you still may only weigh-in 5 fish.

    8) Promoters, tournament directors and organizations assisting in the Tournament Operations – their agencies, agents etc. are NOT responsible for deaths, injuries, damages, liability, theft, fire or any kind of loss to entrants. By fishing in the tournament you acknowledge this fact.

    9) Every rule has a “loophole”. It is our intention to provide an honest, sportsmanlike event. The “spirit of the rule” will prevail in all judgment cases.

    10) Any tournament held after June 1st MUST be a “KILL” tournament. Therefore, you
CANNOT release your fish at the weigh-in site. We could lose our permit.

    11) Payouts for the tournament are ALWAYS determined the day of the event, based solely on the number of entrants…it has usually been $500 for 1st Place and paid down from there…it just depends on how many boats we have.

    12) Please remember to be safe, remember why we are here today, and most of all…

HAVE A GREAT TIME FISHING – GOOD LUCK!!!!

Where is the Izaak walton club at, is it on the river? What do you mean by not trailering your boat? Thanks

I’ll contact the person who provided me with the information and let him know that you have a question about the tournament. Thanks, Bill

The Isaak walton Club is the small shelter located right next to the ramp at Bay Point Park.

In the past trailering was allowed. Once the tournament officially started you had the option to trailer your boat to another launch of your choice. Some guys towed/trailered their boat to Wasbasha or Lake City versus motoring down via water if they were on a good bite. Looks like that has changed.

Hey guys..I’m not on the site too much, so I will try and answer questions quickly, The Issaac walton where they will be doing everything is near Colville Park..just to the north and before the power plant..in “the little river” on the MN side…If you are at the marina just to the north of colville park, you can see the Issaac walton from there..It is VERY easy to find..I know all the invitations that were sent out had a map in them..as it was a change from previous tournaments..using the contact info from above would get you a map sent out..if you still do not know where it is..or call me..952-210-3803

It is not the shelter by bay point, that we have used in the past..Thanks you thou for your help.

You will notice that the Poohbear and Port of Call tournament directors got together and have planned for their tournaments to be on different weekends. For years they were both on the same weekend. Now, started last year I believe, everyone can fish both if they like and have more fun this way. THANKS guys.
    Thanks, Bill
