TTT. We have registered for this tournament. We can still align ourselves with pro’s to ensure both the pro’s and our participation. My email address is on the message above. Feel free to contact me to coordinate exchange of names and FLW membership numbers. Thank you in advance. Jeff

Just so you know the priority deadline has passed. You won’t get priority even if you sign up with a pro at this point. I just called and talked to Sonny Reynolds yesterday about this.

I signed up last Friday (Feb 13) by myself when I realized the priority deadline had passed to sign up with a boater. When I talked to Sonny yesterday he said I was 18th on the list, meaning 18 more pros have to sign up before I will get in. He was fairly optimistic I would be able to get in. He wouldn’t tell me exactly how many boaters have signed up but he said it was about half full, meaning about 75 boaters have signed up.

If people haven’t signed up I would do it now. No sense in waiting with the priority deadline passing. I asked If I could receive priority entry when the boater I had originally planned on signing up with registered for the tournament and he said no. Apparently after the priority deadline passes all entries are time and date stamped and co-anglers are considered entered when enough pros sign up. In my case I need 18 more to sign up and I will be in.

Interesting. My partner spoke with FLW yesterday, and they told him the priority deadline applied only to those pros /co’s registering to all 4 tournaments. I just looked at the registration rules on the FLW site, and that is my interpretation as well. I will call them now, as I just connected with a pro. I will post my findings.

I was hoping I would get priority when the pro I found signed up. Again, I spoke with Sonny and he said there wouldn’t be any priority. I’m at the mercy of more pros signing up.

I would talk to Sonny directly, his desk number is (270)252-1591. He was very friendly and helpful.

Assuming you spoke with FLW, did they give you a pro/co head count?
