We will be holding another pool 2 Walleye Contest on Sunday Oct 12th. As always this is a catch and release contest, where a picture of the fish along with measurements of length and girth are submitted.
Entry fee is $10.00 and payout is top two places split the entry fees but not the bragging rights.
A control item will be posted on this post the Saturday night prior to the contest, and must be visible in all photos.
The hours of the contest are between 8:00am to 4:00pm that Sunday. Photos must be submitted to this post by 9:00 pm that night for consideration.
You can enter at the shop any time prior to close of business Saturday. We will be closed that Sunday to fish the contest, so plan ahead.
Right now the weather channel is predicting rain Monday – Wednesday, which could mean some current on the river contest day. Good luck to those that can make it, the bite should be better than last month.
