    Are any of the FLW walleye league tournies taking place on P3 as part of the Mississippi river this summer?

    For both the league 4/28 and the tour the following week: Launch is from P4, but you are allowed to lock one pool up and one pool down. That puts most of P3 in play (altough the water above Prescott is closed…it is MN inland water).

    No.
    All fish in Pool 3 have been washed into Pool 4 during the high water!
