With the Heavy rains, in the area , the river is going to crest at LaSalle on Saturday at 16 feet (4 feet up). It is running trash in Ottawa now. If we factor the winter storm warning ice, sleet 10/12 inches of snow and west winds with the wind chill in the teens we have elected to reschedule the December 3, 2006 tournament to March 4, 2007.
