If you like competitive fishing; meeting new friends; learning about different bodies of water and fishing presentations and techniques at an affordable cost with a good prize payback (80% of entry fees) and a chance at Divisional and National Championship bragging rights, the World Walleye Association is for you. They have Division Circuits in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and South Dakota. It is run by “fisherman for fisherman.” Sure, it doesn’t have all the “bells, whistles, trailers, stages, computers, electronic leader boards, etc.” like some of the circuits, but it is just as professional in operation. I enjoy fishing the circuit. For the $225 entry fee per event, it can’t be beat for the avid angler. Check out the next WWA event in your area and I encourage you to participate. Hope to see you on the water and your name at the top of the leader board.

My son Nate has been fishing the WWA Tournaments that come to pool 4 for years and really likes them. The tournament director, Steve, is one hec of a nice guy and someone who really cares about the fishermen. I have personally seen him go out of his way to make sure things are fair and good for the teams fishing.
    Thanks, Bill
