FLW League

    How many IDA guys are fishing the FLW league at Red Wing? I would imagine there has to be quite a few. A Saturday in April plus all the league and tour guys, that should be interesting to say the least.

    Wow, that is an impressive showing from the site. I won’t be getting into town until the 28th but I will look for you guys on the water on Saturday. I will stay out of your way though, just holler at my if I am fishing your area. It is hard to recognize all the guys from the site when you are on the water.

    I did hear there are two other tournaments besides the league event the same weekend. Man is that going to be nuts!!

    The LPO [Lake Pepin Open Walleye Classic] is that same Saturday and also on Sunday too. This weekend coming up 22nd and 23rd there are two seperate [one each day] MTT tournaments. April and into the first half of May are pretty busy times for tournaments on the upper part of pool 4.

    I know Nate Cadwell and also Brett King and possibly Doug Gardner are fishing the FLW Walleye Leaque tournaments.

    Bill, there is one other tournament besides the LPO also.

    Stickboy…In that case I like my steak Medium.

    The only tourneys I am aware of for that weekend are the FLW and the LPO. The WWA is taking place the following weekend I believe. If you hear of another tourney taking place please let us know.

    I am going to be fishing….if I have a boat.
    Ranger got the trailer done but are dragging their feet getting it back up here for me so I might be fishing out of a canoe….just has to be 17feet long….never said how wide. When they ask to check my live well I will pull the wire stringer up out of the water…..AND when they want me to test my kill switch…I will throw the paddle in the bottom of the boat.

    I am going to get on the phone tomorrow and see if I can light a fire to get it back up here this week….otherwise…not sure what I am going to do.
