For those following Jarrad and Scott, I’ve done some prefishing with them over the last week. The bite is quite tough, but I have confidence they will put together a good game plan. Let’s hope they draw some solid co-anglers and put up a very good showing for themselves and IDA!
September 28, 2005 at 11:51 am #386391Hey John, sure would appreciate any info you can post about the Championship as it comes available down there as if you attend the weigh ins etc you will see info probably way before they put it up on their site and with them being away from home computer equipement they might be slow at getting it up on line or e-mailed my way. The MWC will probably be even much slower with press releases Dave so any help there would be great too. The more we can share with everyone the better.
Thanks, Bill”Let the fish catchin begin!”
September 28, 2005 at 11:13 pm #386656Hey Hey! Jarrad is tied for second with Dan Steir at 10 pounds 15 oz. Jeff Ryan leads after day one with 16-9.
Unfortunately, Scott only weighed one fish for 1-1.
11 pros zero’d, including last years winner, Nick Johnson.
Tommorow will probably be much tougher, nasty cold front came through this afternoon, and it is going to be in the 30’s at launch time tommorow, after 50’s today.September 29, 2005 at 10:58 pm #386950Bill,
Would just like to thank you for posting this link to the live weigh in on-line. Watched it the last 2 nights…..nice way to wind down after a long days work.
Jarrad is sitting in 2nd place going in to day 3 . Good luck tommorow. I hope your trolling bite holds up
September 30, 2005 at 12:19 am #386972You are welcome Bud. Thought everyone would enjoy it.

September 30, 2005 at 10:28 pm #387239Just got done watching the weigh-in. Jarrad is sitting in 4th place going in to tommorows final day. Good luck
September 30, 2005 at 10:40 pm #387242That live weigh in is cool. Go get them tommorrow Jarrad.
I was just reading threw the tour rules. I see that todays weight and tommorrow are combined to get the winning weight. Not sure if this other part is right or not but where the teams giving given boats to fish out of today? It stated in there something about them fishing out of boats provided by ranger for today and tommorrow.
September 30, 2005 at 11:22 pm #387248That’s right Mike, they are “forced” to fish out of brand new Rangers, all rigged the same. Not sure if that is good for a Lund guy like Jarrad!
September 30, 2005 at 11:30 pm #387251You would think that could throw a guy off his plan a little. also what a pain to load all of your gear into it.

Rules have changed. All start with zero weight. Jarreds a river rat so that will help him.
Thanks, Bill
