Better to show up for a tourney a day early than a day late!

Since George has run it it’s always been fri.-sat.

To hard to draw people thur. fri. was the decision. He has enough trouble drawing people with it on a fri.- sat.

Way back when John and Lori owned the resort, it was a sat.-sun. tourney, that was about 10 years ago.

George puts on a great spread for dinner friday night for the participants. Great food!!!

Tuck is going to post the complete results soon. I do know that 31 lbs won it……..and that there was a ton of fish weighed on Friday. 495 lbs of walleye for 74 boats if I have it right? Oh…..by the way Hook and I stunk it up big time….
We did well pre-fishing and thought very postitive going into Friday. The weather/wind switched Friday and Saturday had very little wind.

I was glad to see the wind change from south to north. That way, the other side of my face got sunburned while anchored in the afternoon. Had to move the beer cooler though.
