How was your trip. did you get any pre fishing in?

He finished behind me and buckshot. one tough bite, but we still beat him. He had a great catch on day two I’m sure hell be happy to share it with everyone .

The trip was good, Almost awesome. Did’nt get to do any Pre-fishing in but had a really good time with my pro’s. Fished with Jimmy Bell the 1st day and caught 1 fish we could keep. That one was kinda lucky as we were trolling Rip Rap,catching a few “dinks”… We finally caught into one that was a keeper. As i slid the net under the fish at the back of the boat, His ShadRap went skyward! Fish was in the net though!!! 1#15oz. 2nd day had to fish out of a Ranger. My pro that day was in 11th place after day 1. We threw everything we had at them where a slew comes into the river where he caught some dinks the day before along with a 7#er at 29″. Well ….we caught some Small mouth behind some bridge pilings while casting and tried trolling to no avail! Tried jigging which produced some of the easiest fish to catch,Catfish-3 of them in one drift! Then we went back to trolling and it was getting late in the day and there were alot of weeds coming down the slew and I had some weeds on so I started reeling in my catch! Got it in and as it neared the boat I said it was the cover of a baseball! No….. as I got it in and looked at it alittle more closely,Oh yeah…..It had the “Hourglass” figure alright,but it was’nt a cover of a baseball,It was a panty liner!!!!!! We damn near fell out of the boat laughing!!!! Smelled like fish!!!!!!!That’s my RCL story and I’m sticking to it!!!! Buckshot and Stick boy are a couple pretty good guy’s, Their wife and girlfreind(walleye-brat) are a couple pretty good players too!!!!

We did have a prety good time didnt we. Remember now dont get you pantied in a bunch. I had a great time could have used a little more sleep though. Buckshot likes to saw logs . Cant wait for next year.

I can’t believe a guy as quite and mild mannered as Buckshot would be so noisy in his sleep?!?! Glad you guys had a good time in our little town! Nice meeting you gentlemen!

It was nice to meet you to. He can cause tremors that have regesterd on the rictor scale. He is deffinatly not quiet and well manored either. But he is one great friend so I cant be to mean. It was great to meat you again I hope the fishing has picked up

Fishing has picked up a ton in the last 10 days! Too bad it didn’t happen a couple weeks earlier. I know I learned a lot fishing with some great guys before the Championship. I think it was good for me personally, learning where to find fish in those tough conditions will be a plus for me in years to come!
