    Full Throttle Increases Payback and Angler Good News!

    For 2014 Full Throttle Fishing officially raises payback to the tourney angler to 100% of entry fee’s based on cash and prizes! That and a number of additions to the circuit should provide anglers with a very exciting new 2014 season. This year is going to be about giving back to the fisherman there fore increasing participation.

    Our Full Throttle Mille Lacs walleye event on July 26th will feature Catch, Measure, Photo, and Release format. The amount of anglers who have been excited about this new format is amazing. We have had nothing but positive feedback on making this decision.

    At each event this year we will be giving away a brand NEW MATTHEWS bow at the pre-tournament dinner meeting sponsored by Flatline Outdoors, Full Throttle, and Pete Hein. Included in the package will be a shooting lesson and free set up lesson with pro Pete Hein.

    Full Throttle will be giving away a brand new 12ft Minn Kota Talon. Ranger Boats will give away a Gift Certificate for $1500.00 at the Full Throttle Championship on Lake Minnetonka. Each event will also raffle off rods from Limit Creek Rods or Kistler Rods. 6 total D31m Optima Batteries will be given away to the Bass and Walleye Team of the Year.

    Trophies are sponsored by Lindner’s Angling Edge TV show for both the bass, walleye, and big fish winners. 14 trophies per event! Lindner’s Angling Edge will be speaking at our Gull Lake event June 21, 2014!

    Each Full Throttle event will have something special for the kids. A NPAA Future Angler Foundation event will follow each regular scheduled Full Throttle tournament weigh in. Special thanks to NPAA pro’s Tom Davis and Kirt Hedquist for hosting the kid’s event. 15 rods and reels will be given away at each event along with lots of door prizes along with a fishing basics seminar and watching out for invasive species.

    Full Throttle Fishing is currently looking for more door prizes for the events.

    Full Throttle also includes Ranger Cup money to each of the regular season events as well as Rapid Sport contingency money to any team that wins an FT event. You must be signed up for Ranger Cup to qualify. There are also numerous other brand boat company contingencies if you win a Full Throttle event.

    Sign up for Full Throttle as a Premier Team and you be given a boat number for the entire season, decals for truck and boat, and qualify for a $100 Premier Team bonus. This bonus will be given only to the teams that have signed up for all 4 events.

    Full Throttle Fishing also qualifies the top teams each year and sends them to the Cabelas National Championship.

    Everyone is invited to fish the 2014 Walleye or Bass division schedule regardless of skill level. One stage two-division bass or walleye format.

    ● April 19th Mississippi River pools 3/4/5.

    ● June 21st Gull Lake- (Lindner’s Angling Edge speaking.)

    ● July 26th Mille Lacs Lake (Will be a Catch, Record and Release event for Walleye)

    ● August 9th Lake Minnetonka Championship (Our Lake Minnetonka Championship tournament will be sponsored once again by Fish on Kids books and Kristine Houtman.)

    Info for the 2014 “MN Fishing Tournament for Life” – Fundraiser event for MN Adult Teen Challenge and Greater Mankato Young Life will also be available.

    We are also announcing the addition on NPAA pro Kirt Hedquist as Assistant Tournament Director. Kirt is great with communications and is focused in the fishing industry and will add a lot to our events and organization. He joins long time NPAA pro and FT Assistant director Craig Saeger in 2014.

    To little to late for this guy. After three Full Throttle wins and poor pay outs I’ll be fishing AIM Weekend Walleye series.

    Unfortunately it looks like more of this again for the bass guys. No way weel have ice off by the first tournament in April. Ya never know with the weather… bur im not planning on it.

    Hoping for ice to be out in time, and excited for all the positive changes this year. Invite your friends as more boats = more money in addition to 100% of entry fees being paid out now along with other prizes.
