    Here is a photo of a guy trying to get to his spot Saturday

    Story was they shut the locks, cutting the flow, thus backwaters Re-Froze.

    Anyone see this?

    The locks were shut when a barge wasn’t going through, but the rollers of the dam were aprox half way out of the water.

    At 35,000 cfs, water was moving pretty good.

    I took that picture haha. Not sure if it re froze or it blew in from somewhere else but it sure as heck wasnt there the day before!
