    – You may weigh in early. I will have the scales ready at noon. If you weigh in early, you are done for the day and that weight is final.

    – This event will take place at Everts Resort. The launch fee has been waived for this event. You may launch elsewhere if you choose, but please come early and check-in and let us know you came by boat.

-Staging will be right out from the large dock. If you are going downstream please stage towards to bottom of the dock and upstream stage towards the top. Take off will begin at 7 sharp. Please do not leave before your boat number is called, and use caution when you take off.

-Walleye and Sauger count as legal fish. 15″ minimum on walleye and sauger.

    – Please have your boat number ready when you weigh in.

    – You must identify your Big Fish at weigh in.

    – Take off will be by boat number order.

    – Weigh in will be on the upstream most dock.

    – This tournament is a Skeeter Real Money Qualifier.

    – Please be a good sportsman and don’t crowd in on other competitors or other pool 4 fishermen. Observe all no wake areas – marked or un marked.

-This is an informal and laid back event. There will be the traditional tourny strength hotdogs after the weigh-in, courtesy of the Bluffs Bar and Grill.

The Bluffs Bar and Grill will be the location for the results, awards, and lunch, so be sure to stop there after the tourny.

So, grab your fishing partner and come join us for this great event. We look forward to seeing everyone again FREEZE YOUR BUTT!!!!

    3. The captain retains the spot if the team splits.

    4. Captains may have a substitute partner.

    5. Captains may relinquish their spot to their named partner only. You cannot re-sell your spot.

Nice to see that tourney will be out of Evert’s again! I hope I can make it to the FYB this year, my boat partner is kind of fair weather, and a bad netter. You guys should have nothing to fear.

The forecast sure doesn’t look like anyone will freeze anything off.

Looks a little nippy in the morning. But, yeah it’s been colder.

Friday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 10. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 28. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

One question. MN law states that you can only have one walleye over 20″, so does that mean that each team can only have 2 walleyes over 20″ in their livewell, and the rest have to be between 15″-20″?

That is an inland water rule. Does not apply to pool 4 border waters. You can bring in a limit of 10 pounders if you like.

Alright then that is what I will do. After my luck fishing out there today I will be lucky to get a fish to weigh tomorrow.
