    This is the technique the article is about. Isn’t this equal to eight lines in the water? On Erie can you really have four lines per person?

    Nope. During tourney time, an angler can have only 2 lines in the water. So, a total of 4 per boat. What he did was legal… he only had a total of 2 rods out running these rigs. I know it says on “each of 4 rods”, but he was only able to run 2 at a time.
