The Last Frontenac Walleye & Sauger Classic

    Yes folks, after 20 years, I have decided to have this year as the last Frontenac Sportsman’s Walleye & Sauger Classic. It was a tough decision, but sometimes we all have to determine priorities, and that time has come. But all is not lost….we will be transferring our permit to a great group of guys that will be running a Memorial Tournament on Pool 4 in memory of Ralph Diercks. We will be trying to schedule this annual tournament in May and all proceeds generated will be put towards the building, and maintaining of new fish cleaning stations that will be installed at Coville Park & Bay Point in Red Wing. What a great addtion they will be and well past due!!! In fact, for this year, our last Annual Walleye & Sauger Classic, $10 per boat will be donated to the Ralph Diercks Memorial Fund for this fish cleaning stations! I will be mailing out entry’s in the near future, but you can get a head start by emailing me at [email protected] and I will send you an entry. Thanks to all over the years that has supported the Frontenac Sportsman’s Walleye & Sauger Classic!

    Hey Jim. Its like a bitter sweet thing With the comeings and goings of the tourny world. But that being said,a BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WORK YOU!!!! HAVE DONE DONE TO PROMOTE AND TO RUN THIS TOURNY AND OTHERS!! JOB WELL DONE MY FRIEND..rrr

    Anglers may register the night of the orientation meeting, which will be held at the Lake City American Legion. The meeting starts at 7:00PM, Friday, August 10th. The address is:

    any results? was getting married or i would have attended hope it was a good last hurrah of a great tournament!
